Pune: PMC Unveils Grade Separator and Flyover Project At Gangadham Chowk
Pune, 6th December 2023: In a groundbreaking initiative aimed at easing traffic congestion at Gangadham Chowk in Bibwewadi, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has announced the initiation of construction for a grade separator and a flyover.
Madhuri Misal, the MLA representing the Parvati Constituency in Pune, shared the promising news, expressing confidence in resolving the longstanding issue. “The challenges posed by the lack of a grade separator and flyover at Gangadham Chowk will soon be addressed! In a detailed discussion with Vikram Kumar, PMC commissioner, we received a positive response on this critical matter,” she affirmed.
The announcement unfolded in the presence of key figures such as Sunil Kamble, MLA of Pune constituency, Kunal Khemnar, PMC Additional Municipal Commissioner, Vikas Dhakane, PMC Additional Municipal Commissioner, Aniruddha Pawaskar, PMC Road Department Chief, and Amar Shinde.
The anticipated construction of the grade separator and flyover is poised to bring significant relief to the multitude of commuters navigating through Gangadham Chowk.
