Pune: PMPML Announces Bus Route Changes For Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’s Birth Anniversary Celebrations

Pune, 11th April 2023: In honor of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’s birth anniversary on 14th April, the Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has announced changes to some of its bus routes.

On 13th April, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, PMPML will provide all-night bus service from Swargate to Pune station for people who wish to pay floral tributes to the statue of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar opposite Sassoon Hospital.

On 14th April, the birth anniversary of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, celebrations will be widespread across Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad city, and suburbs. People thronging to offer floral tributes to the statue of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar near Sassoon Hospital.

Buses departing from Sassoon Road, and Moledina Bus Station will depart from Petit Bus Station (Pune Station depot). Buses returning from Bundgarden will ply from Wadia College, Alankar Chowk, and Petit Bus Station (Pune Station depot).

These changes have been made according to the orders of the police department. PMPML has appealed to people to make use of the provided bus services.
