Pune : PMPML Changes Routes Of Some Buses On Dahi Handi Festival, Know Details
Pune 4th Sept 2023: The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has announced changes the routes of several buses on the ocassion of Dahi Handi festival. The decision was taken considering the festival celebration in the city as several road are likely to remain closed for the vehicular movement.
Below are the changes in the routes :
1. Bus Route No. 50, from Shanivarwada to Sinhagad, will be diverted via Swargate Bus Depot after the road closure.
2. Bus Route No. 113, from A.B. Chowk to Sangavi, will be diverted via PMC Building Bus Stop after the road closure.
3. Bus Routes No. 8, 9, 57, 94, 108, 143, 144, 144 A, will be diverted via Deccan Gymkhana, PMC Building, Gadital after the road closure.
4. Route No. 174 on 6th and 7th September will operate via Gadital (Old Market), PMC, Deccan Road after road closure.
5. Bus Routes No. 2, 2 A, 10, 11, 11 A, 11 K, 13, 13 A, 28, 30, 20, 21, 37, 38, 88, 216, 297, 298, 354, Night-1, Metro Shuttle-12, after road closure, will operate from Shivajinagar to Swargate via JM Road, Deccan, Tilak Road. However, buses from Swargate to Shivajinagar will operate via Bajirao Road on the mentioned route.
6. Bus Routes No. 7, 197, 202, will be diverted via Swargate, Tilak Road after the road closure.
7. Bus Route No. 68, after the road closure, will be diverted via Swargate, Tilak Road.
8. Bus Routes No. 3 and 6 from Swargate to Agarkar will be suspended for both routes throughout the day.
