Pune: PMPML Warns Public About False Recruitment Information Circulating on Social Media
Pune, 31st May 2023: Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) issued a statement today, addressing concerns about the spread of false information on social media platforms regarding recruitment for drivers, conductors, and workshop department staff. The transportation authority took this opportunity to clarify the situation and warn citizens about relying on unauthorized sources for recruitment-related news.
In a public notice, PMPML made it clear that they have not yet formulated any plans or provisions for such recruitment. They emphasized that official recruitment announcements are solely released through established daily newspapers and verified PMPML accounts. As a result, any recruitment news circulated on platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, or other social media platforms should be viewed as misleading and potentially fraudulent.
PMPML earnestly advised the public to exercise caution and not fall prey to the dissemination of false information. They reiterated the importance of refraining from trusting these rumors and highlighted the potential risks associated with scams surrounding these alleged recruitment efforts.
