Pune: PMRDA Announces E-Auction for Commercial Shops in Bhosari and Moshi; Reserved Unit for Scheduled Tribes
Pune, 26th May 2025: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has announced an e-auction for two commercial shops located in Bhosari and Moshi. The properties include one shop in Housing Scheme Nos. 1 and 2 in Sector No. 12, Bhosari, and another unit – Shop No. 6 in Sector No. 4 (Boradewadi), Moshi.
In a noteworthy provision, the shop in Moshi has been reserved exclusively for applicants from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category, ensuring inclusive access to commercial spaces.
The e-auction application process began on May 23, 2025, and the last date for submission is June 12, 2025, by 5 PM. Interested parties are required to visit the official government e-auction website at https://eauction.gov.in to apply.
PMRDA’s Additional Metropolitan Commissioner Deepak Singla urged citizens to submit their applications within the given deadline through the official portal. He also emphasized the transparency and accessibility of the digital auction process.
