Pune: PMRDA Launches 19 Citizen Services Online Under Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act
Pune, 20th September 2025: In a major step to ensure timely and convenient access to government services, the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has made 19 services available online for citizens within its jurisdiction under the Maharashtra Right to Public Services (MRPS) Act.
The initiative allows residents to avail government services from home, eliminating the need for repeated visits to offices. Over the next week, 10 additional services will be added, bringing the total number of services accessible online through PMRDA to 29.
