Pune: Police Raid Gambling Den, Case Registered Against 15

Pune, 29th January 2023: The Social Security Department of the Crime Branch raided an ongoing gambling den in the Dattawadi area. In this operation, the police seized goods worth Rs 66,000. A case was registered against 15 people, including the owner of the gambling den.

The social security department of the crime branch received information that gambling was going on in a room in the Dattawadi area. A police team then raided the gambling den.

Gambling materials and mobile sets worth Rs 66,000 were seized in this operation. Assistant Inspectors Aniket Pote, Ajay Rane, Sandeep Kolge, Pushpendra Chavan, and others took this action under the guidance of Senior Police Inspector Bharat Jadhav of the Social Security Department.
