Pune Porsche Accident Case: Excise Department Seals Cosie And Blak Clubs

Pune, 21st May 2024: After Pune police registered FIR against Cosie and Blak Clubs in Koregaon Park area, for serving liquor to minors, Pune Excise Department has sealed both clubs on the orders of District Collector.
The accident, which occurred around 3 a.m on 19th May has brought to light serious violations at the clubs, where minors were allegedly served alcohol. The driver had recently completed his Class 12th examinations. He confessed to attending a party at Cosie bar on ABC Road in Mundhwa with a group of 10 to 12 friends. The group was seated at table number 15 and ordered various food items such as Cosie Chicken and Spicy Chicken Bao, along with alcoholic beverages like Absolute Blue, Hoegaarden, and JW Black Label.

Hotel Trillion Security Private Limited (Cozie) and Me. Panchsheel Infrastructure (Oak Wood ) Marriott Suite- Black, both hotel permit room establishments have been closed by order of Hon’ble Collector Pune in case of departmental breach case registered by Excise department in matter of serving liqour to minors involved in Porsche Accident Pune.

In addition to the property seizures, Pune Police officials have produced the accused bar and club operators in court today, underlining the legal repercussions of their negligence in serving alcohol to minors.
