Pune: Proposals Invited for Alternate Accommodation for Kondhwa Post Office

Pune, 1st January 2025: The Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Pune City East Division, has issued an invitation on behalf of the President of India, seeking proposals from landlords, institutions, and firms to provide alternate accommodation for the Kondhwa Post Office. The premises will be rented for a period of five years.
Requirements for the Accommodation
RCC building/area with a carpet area of 900 sq. ft. in Kondhwa.
Amenities: Electricity, water supply, and W.C./bathroom facilities.
Parking: Adequate parking space for post office staff and the public.
Location: Preferably on the ground floor for easy access.
Taxes: Municipal taxes will be borne by the landlord.
Connectivity: Availability of a telephone line.
Accessibility: Convenient for staff, students, and the local public to avail postal services.
Documents to Accompany Proposals
Rough sketch or map of the premises.
Building plan approved by the Pune Municipal Corporation.
Type and year of construction.
Copy of property ownership/registration.
Copy of property tax bill.
Copy of 7/12 extract or property card/Index II.

Proposals should be addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Pune City East Division, Pune – 411037.
If accepted, the landlord will need to enter into a lease agreement (as per the Departmental format) for five years, with a one-year option clause. Registration costs will be borne by the Department of Posts.
Any required additions or alterations to the property will need to be carried out by the landlord.
The Senior Superintendent reserves the right to reject any proposal without providing reasons.
