Pune: Provident Fund Department Organises Outreach Program For ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat’
Pune, 27th January 2023: An outreach program for ease of living of members, for a newly covered establishment, an establishment covered under the EPF and MP Act, 1952, was done under the newly launched NIDHI AAPKE NIKAT 2.0 as a District Outreach Program on 27th January 2023 by EPFO Regional Office Akurdi Pune-2 in the premises of Sumeet Facility Ltd, Sumeet House, M.I.D.C, Chinchwad, Pune.
During this event, information was shared among the subscribers, stakeholders, employers and pensioners on various PF and Pension related issues such as:
Procedure for filling out ECR
Procedure for updating of Form-5A, approval of KYC
Procedure for filling out E-nomination
Procedure for filling/updating employer/contractor detail on PE Portal
Procedure for updation of Digital Life Certificate(DSC)
Procedure for filing online claims
Any other PF-related issue or query raised during this event
The queries/grievances during this event raised by the pensioners, subscribers or stakeholders were resolved on the spot otherwise any of the queries/grievances which need further assistance/information from the concerned wing has been registered and are being resolved at the earliest. A total of 18 queries/grievances were received during the event, wherein; out of these, 17 were resolved on the spot and one is being registered for quick disposal of the same.
Prabhakar Banasure, a member of the Central Board of Trustee EPFO, congratulated EPFO Akurdi for organising such a program for the quick redressal of grievances of PF subscribers and appreciated the efforts of EPFO Akurdi for providing better services to PF Subscribers, stakeholders and pensioners.

Apart from that Regional PF Office Akurdi, appreciate the entire team of Sumeet Facility Ltd for making such an impeccable arrangement for making the event successful.
