Pune Railway Station’s Platform Ticket Price Increased 3 Times To Control Crowd
Pune, 17th May 2022: The Pune Railway officials have increased the platform ticket price from Rs 10 to Rs 30. This decision was taken to control the crowd at the Pune Railway Station from 18th to 31st May.
The railway officials have appealed to the people not to create unnecessary rush at the station.
“It should be noted that only passengers with confirmed or RAC tickets are allowed to enter the platform and travel in the train. The passengers in the waiting list are not allowed to enter the platform and travel in the trains. Therefore it is requested that such passengers should not crowd the station”, railways stated in a press release.
