Pune Rains Result In 8 Tree Falling Incidents, No Injuries Reported

Pune, 8th September 2022: Due to heavy rain in the city, multiple incidents of tree felling were recorded at eight different places on Wednesday. Fortunately, no one was injured in these incidents.

Tree felling occurred at Manikbaug on Sinhagad Road, Somwar Peth, Chinch Talim in Shukrawar Peth, Model Colony, Nagpur Chal in Yerwada, Golf Club Chowk, Sasanenagar in Hadapsar, and Rajguru Chowk on Tadiwala Road. Cars have been damaged due to fallen trees in two places.

The fire brigade personnel rushed to the spot, removed the branches of the trees, and opened the roads from traffic as soon as they received information.
