Pune: Ravindra Dhangekar’s Net Worth Decreased by Over Rs 1 Crore; Dr Kolhe’s Net Worth Stands at Rs 3.6 Crore
Pune, 19th April 2024: After becoming a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA), Kasba MLA Ravindra Dhangekar’s wealth has decreased. In last year’s by-elections, Dhangekar had declared assets worth Rs 8 crore 36 lakh 10 thousand 456 in an affidavit. However, his wealth has now decreased by Rs 1 crore 25 lakh 45 thousand 313.
Dhangekar’s moveable assets have also declined from Rs 47 lakh 6 thousand 128 to Rs 23 lakh 26 thousand 83, showing a reduction of Rs 23 lakh 80 thousand 45 in one year. He currently has a loan of Rs 71 lakh 15 thousand 435.
Dhangekar filed his candidacy application for the Pune Lok Sabha Constituency on the first day of the filing period. His cash holdings include Rs 76,400, while his wife has Rs 62,100. The family is involved in agriculture, gold and silver craftsmanship, and construction business.
Dhangekar’s moveable property totals Rs 23 lakh 26 thousand 83, while his wife’s totals Rs 72 lakh 38 thousand 443. His self-acquired and inherited immovable property amounts to Rs 4 crore 59 lakh 63 thousand 958, while his wife’s immovable property totals Rs 2 crore 66 lakh 72 thousand 994. They possess two two-wheelers, and gold totaling 25 tolas.
The couple owns properties in various localities such as Raviwar Peth, Mangalwar Peth, Kasba Peth, and Shivajinagar. They also hold agricultural land in Pimpalgaon, Daund taluka, and Nandoshi in Haveli taluka. Furthermore, Dhangekar has eight pending cases against him.
Another candidate, Dr Kolhe, filed his nomination form from the Shirur Lok Sabha constituency on Thursday. According to his affidavit, Kolhe has Rs 40,000 in cash and his wife has Rs 25,000 in cash. He owns a Mitsubishi Pajero vehicle and a Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycle. Kolhe’s property includes agricultural land in Narayangaon (Kolhemala), Junnar taluka, and flats in Pune district, Mumbai, and Nashik, with some properties acquired after becoming an MP.
Kolhe carries a debt of Rs 2 crore 99 lakh 65 thousand 542. His moveable property totals Rs 82 lakh 39 thousand 505, while his wife’s totals Rs 48 lakh 29 thousand 10. His immovable property amounts to Rs 3 crore 60 lakh 25 thousand 236, while his wife’s immovable property is worth Rs 3 crore 51 lakh 13 thousand 500.
