Bhor, 29th March 2024: In a press conference convened in Bhor for the Mahavikas Aghadi’s campaign, Rohit Pawar emphasized that despite Malida Gang’s alignment with the BJP, the people remain steadfast in their support for the Mahavikas Aghadi’s principles. Pawar predicted a looming defeat for the BJP in the Baramati Lok Sabha constituency and across Maharashtra State.

The event witnessed the presence of key figures such as Congress MLA Sangram Thopte, Shiv Sena’s Kuldeep Konde, and other notable dignitaries from the constituent parties. Pawar highlighted the BJP’s attempts to diminish the influence of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, citing recent political manoeuvres as evidence.

Reflecting on the efforts concerning Bhor’s MIDC, Pawar acknowledged underlying opposition from the locals and expressed the need for further examination of the matter. He lauded the unwavering resolve of former minister Anantrao Thopte and sought counsel from MLA Sangram Thopte for guidance in navigating the current political landscape.

Pawar also raised concerns about the potential indirect advantages accruing to the BJP from the ideas of Manoj Jarange Patil and Prakash Ambedkar. He urged strategic decision-making to counteract any inadvertent support to the opposition. The rationale behind Vijay Sivatare’s candidacy was questioned, hinting at possible motives for influencing the dynamics in the Baramati Constituency.
