Pune: Security Guard Assaulted For Not Opening Gate Early, Case Registered
Pune 3rd Oct 2023: In a shocking incident reported in Kharabwadi area of Pimpri Chinchwad, a security guard working with a private security company was assaulted by three men. The victim identified as Amol Panzade (35) sustained injuries in the incident and he was admitted to hospital for the treatment.
According to a police complaint registered with Mahalunge Police Station, Panzade works as a security guard with Matoshree Security company of Bhosari and he was deployed at a private company’s site in Kharbwadi. A security guard working at the company owner’s residence came with two of his friends at a company site and asked the victim to open the gate.
Since Panzade was having a dinner he opened the gate late following which the accused allegedly abused and brutally assaulted him with a stick due to which became unconscious. He was rushed to a hospital for treatment. The security firm’s officials were informed about the incident after which a case under relevant sections was registered at Mahalunge Police Station. Further investigation in the matter is underway.
