Pune: Seven Kg Opium Powder Seized From Dhanori
Pune, 22nd November 2022: The Anti-Narcotics Squad Two of Pune city police has arrested an individual trying to smuggle opium powder. Seven kgs of opium worth more than Rs 80,000 was seized.
Karan Singh Prem Singh Rajpurohit (38), a resident of Dhanori, Pune, is the name of the arrested person.
The anti-narcotics squad was patrolling Dhanori areas. At that time, the team got information that one person was coming to sell opium powder. Accordingly, the team laid a trap and detained Karan Singh.
06 kg 790 grams of opium has been seized from him.
