Pune: Sharp Drop In New COVID Cases In PMC Area Today
Pune, 26 April 2021: In the last 24 hours, a total of 4351 were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. 2538 new patients were detected while 56 people died. Today swab samples of 16,112 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients to date has reached 4,02,655 out of which 3,48,681 have been cured while 6554 have died. There are still 47,420 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals.
