Pune: Six Members Of PFI, SDPI Detained

Kondhwa, 27th September 2022: Six people have been detained for questioning by Pune city police from Kondhwa today in connection with nation wide raids being conducted against the Popular Front of India (PFI). The six members detained are members of PFI and its political wing Social Democratic Part of India (SDPI).

The detained persons have been identified as Abdul Aziz Bansal, Maaj Faizan Shaikh, Kashif Nazeer Shaikh, Mohammad Kais Anwar Shaikh, Dilawar Karim Saiyyad, and Imul Rashid Momin, all residents of Kondhwa.

Senior police inspector Sardar Patil, Incharge of Kondhwa Police Station told PunekarNews that the accused have been detained and will be produced before the magistrate court.
