Pune Social Group and Red+Plus Blood Centre Collaborate for Successful Blood Donation Camp

Pune, 18th March 2025: To mark the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the Pune Social Group (PSG), in collaboration with Red+Plus Blood Centre, organized a blood donation camp at Crisp & Curry Banquet Hall, NIBM Road, Kondhwa. The event saw an enthusiastic response from the community, with 125 individuals stepping forward to donate blood.

Inauguration and Key Organizers
The blood donation camp was inaugurated by Sainath Babar, President of MNS Pune, and Rohan Gaikwad, MNS Branch Head – NIBM-Mohamadwadi, alongside Ria Chauhan, Chairperson of PSG’s Charity Wing.

Community Participation and Reactions
The initiative received an overwhelming response, with many residents from Salunkhe Vihar Road and nearby areas actively participating.
Munira, a resident of Suraj Apartment, NIBM, expressed her gratitude, saying, “I feel honored to be part of such a noble cause.”
Geet Ranka, a PSG member, added, “I am committed to supporting the social initiatives by PSG and will continue contributing to such meaningful causes.”

Encouraging Social Responsibility
The blood donation drive aimed at addressing community healthcare needs while fostering values of service, unity, and social responsibility. Each donor received a gift and a Blood Donation Certificate as a token of appreciation.
