Pune: Some Trains Affected On June 2 Due To Subway Work Near Hadapsar

Pune, 1st June 2023: On Friday, June 2nd, the girder removal work for the subway will be carried out on the Pune-Daund section. This work will involve taking blocks on railway km 198/9, 199/0 between Hadapsar-Loni stations, and on railway km 168/3-4 between Dehuroad-Chinchwad stations in the Pune-Lonavla section.

As part of the construction process, the arch bridge numbered 168/1 will be removed using the cut and cover method, which requires the removal of RCC segmental boxes. Consequently, on Friday, June 2nd, train number 01529/01530 Daund-Pune-Daund, local number 01561 Lonavla-Pune, and local number 01566 Pune-Lonavala will remain canceled.
Furthermore, train number 22943, scheduled to depart from Daund to Indore, will be delayed by one hour, leaving from Daund station at 15:00 hrs.

During the block period, there will be a slight delay for Train No. 11078 Jammu Tawi-Pune Jhelum Express, Train No. 16352 Nagercoil-Mumbai Express, and Train No. 11302 Bengaluru-Mumbai Udyan Express on the Pune division.
