Pune: SRPF Constables Celebrate Independence Day By Giving Flags And Jalebi To People On Roads

Pune, 15th August 2021: Jawan Yugraj Khanu Pujari and his colleagues from the State Reserve Police Force (SRPF) today uniquely celebrated Independence Day.

They visited economically disadvantaged citizens on the streets in different parts of the city and distributed flags and Jalebi to them.

Pujari is serving in the SRPF Group No. 2 and has been fond of khaki uniforms and national festivals since childhood. He joined the police force at the age of 20. Since then, he has celebrated every national festival in this way. For the last seven years, the event has been celebrated with enthusiasm on 26th January and 15th August.

This year too, Pujari and his colleagues Sandeep Patil, Dayanand Khade and Parmeshwar Veer, celebrated Independence Day with about 70 to 80 people in ​​Sanvidhan Chowk, Jambhulkar Chowk, Fatimanagar and Pulgate.
