Bibvewadi, 1st November 2022: The students of Kline Memorial School in Bibvewadi were not allowed to give from examination as the parents did not pay the fees. Against this, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) created a ruckus in the school and demanded an answer from the administration.

Even the children of those who paid the fees were not allowed to sit for the school examinations on the pretext of non-payment of fees. This is the third time that they have not been allowed to sit for the exam.

This time, due to the NCP party and parents, the administration assured that the children will be given the exam for the remaining subject after the current examination.

Along with this, a meeting will be held on November 19 at 11.00 am regarding the same. It was also demanded that the increased fee applied during the lockdown should be reduced.

Demands were made that students should be stopped from being exploited, parents should be trusted and decisions should be taken mutually. At the same time, a warning was given that if the students are not allowed to appear for the examination again and again, then the NCP party will stage a strong protest at that place.

After the administration promised to take a positive decision regarding the above issues and clear the pending issues of the parents, the ongoing agitation of the parents and NCP Party was withdrawn.

A large number of parents were present on this occasion. School professors, legal advisors, teachers, as well as NCP Parvati Vidhan Sabha president Santosh Nangre, Madan Vani, Pramod Kothwale, Manthan Jagde, Raju Khaire, Chandrakant Gaikwad, Shiv Ghadge, etc, were present on the occasion.

At that time Principal Sunanda Singh and the legal adviser of the institute and the management representative Adv Marcus Deshmukh interacted with the parents.

Kline Memorial School is a minority unaided school and due to non-payment of education fees by many parents for years, a burden of at least Rs four crore has been created. In such a situation, the management, administration and day-to-day operations of the school are difficult, so the parents should understand the facts and pay the education fees, Kline Memorial School today appealed.

The school is also charging fees as determined by the Fees Committee established by law. School Principal Sunanda Singh has informed through a letter that the school had informed the parents on September 23 about paying the fees on time.

The school is sensitive and caring about the education of the students. However, some parents deliberately do not pay the education fees and insist on waiving them. They put pressure on and protest along with some organisations. The management today explained to the parents that if the administration and management of the school are to run its day-to-day operations smoothly, the payment of education fees is essential and called for cooperation.

On this occasion, school Principal Sunanda Singh, legal advisor of the institution and management representative Adv Marcus Deshmukh interacted with the parents.
