Pune: Switching Off Speaker Results In Fight At JSPM College, Police Register Case

Wagholi, 14th February 2023: In an event at the premises of JSPM College in Wagholi, a brawl broke out among the youths due to shutting down the speaker. In this regard, a case has been registered at Lonikand Police Station, Pune city police.

A case has been registered against Tushar Meher, a resident of Ganesh Nagar, Wagholi, along with his two accomplices. Sumit Santosh Kadam (19), a resident of Bhadale Vasti, Wagholi, has filed a complaint in this matter.

The event would start at JSPM College on 9th February in the afternoon. There was a fight between Sumit and Tushar due to switching off the sound during the program.

At that time, Tushar removed the bracelet from his hand and hit Sumit’s left ear, injuring him. Also, Tushar’s companions beat Sumit with their hands. At this time, Sumit’s brother Sandesh came to resolve the quarrel; he was also beaten up and threatened, the complaint states.
