Pune : Tempo Carrying LPG Cylinders Overturns Behind Kharadi Police Station, No Injuries Reported
Pune 6th Oct 2023: A tempo carrying LPG cylinders was overturned behind Kharadi Police Station near Mundhwa Jackwell earlier today. The incident raised alarms as the cylinders were filled. The fire brigade team and officials of the Bharat Gas were immidiately rushed to the spot.
According to the fire brigade officials, the incident occured due to a tyre burst of a vehicle that was carrying the cylinders. The fire brigade team received the emergency call at 9:55 am and withing 15 to 20 minutes the team reached the spot.
In order to avoid a major accident, the fire brigade team and officials of the Bharat Gas checked the cylinders spread around the vehicle and none of them were found leaking. According to officials, the vehicle was carrying a total of 23 cylinders. No casualty or injuries were reported in the accident.
