Pune: Three Builders Arrested In Fraud Case, Had Cheated Their Partner

Dehu Road, 22nd March 2022: Three builders have been arrested by Pimpri Chinchwad police for allegedly duping their partner who had invested Rs 1.3 crore in their construction business.

Based on the complaint from Rohidas Shamrao Taras (43), Dehu Road Police Station has registered the fraud case against builders Sandeep Deendayal Agarwal, Sachin Deendayal Agarwal and Sumit Deendayal Agarwal.

According to the police, the builders sold the shops in the project but did not share profit with the complainant. They had formed partnership firms Shri Sai Realty, Shri Sai Infotech and Shri Sai Buildtech. The complainant Taras had invested Rs 1.3 crore in lieu of share capital. Later, the accused forged documents to retire him from the company. The accused sold the shops of the project directly without keeping him in the loop.

Police said that Taras was to get Rs four crore profit but he did not get any profit. After finding out about the fraud, he lodged a complaint with the police.
