Pune to celebrate first ever ‘Mashable Social Media Day’
- First edition of this global celebration to take place on June 30th
Pune, June 22 : Being in the world of information technology one can not stay away from Social Media anymore. As a way to recognize and celebrate Social Media’s impact on global communication, a worldwide event was launched by ‘Mashable’ a global, multi-platform media and entertainment company on June 30thin the year 2010. While every day is essentially Social Media Day, for the very first time June 30th, 2016 will be celebrated as the ‘Social Media Day’ in Pune City. Organised by Social Champs Media Pvt. Ltd in association with SETU Digital, the day long celebrations to mark this day will take place at Classic Rock Coffee Co. in Kalyani Nagar,5:00 p.m. onwards.
Celebrated in NYC, Philippines, Colombo, Bahrain, Chicago, Barcelona, Italy, San Jose and many other cities of the world, this year Pune will also be a part of this global celebration and will hostsome fantastic programs.
