Pune Traffic Advisory: Diveghat Road To Remain Closed For Two Hours On September 11 For Blasting Work
Hadapsar, 10th September 2026: Traffic on the Hadapsar–Diveghat route will be completely closed for two hours on September 11 to facilitate blasting work related to road widening on the Alandi–Pandharpur Palkhi Highway, Pune Traffic Police said.
According to a traffic advisory issued by the Pune City Traffic Branch on Thursday, the closure will be in place from 12 noon to 2 pm on Friday.
The blasting work is being carried out as part of road-widening work at Diveghat under the Alandi–Pandharpur Palkhi Highway project.
The traffic police have appealed to motorists and citizens travelling through the route during the closure period to use alternative routes to avoid inconvenience.
The advisory was issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Traffic Branch, Pune City, following information from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
Motorists have been urged to cooperate and plan their journeys accordingly.
