Ganpati Festival Rush: Nanded–Hadapsar Special Train Announced for September 20

Pune, 10th September 2026: Central Railway will run a one-trip Train on Demand (TOD) special service between Hazur Sahib Nanded and Hadapsar to handle the additional passenger rush during the Ganpati festival.

Train No. 07607 Nanded–Hadapsar Special will depart from Nanded at 9 pm on September 20 and reach Hadapsar at 9:45 am on September 21.

The return service, Train No. 07608 Hadapsar–Nanded Special, will leave Hadapsar at 11 am on September 21 and reach Nanded at 12:35 am on September 22.

The special train will operate on special charges with a 24-coach ICF rake comprising three AC 2-Tier, five AC 3-Tier, 10 Sleeper Class, four General Second Class and two Guard/Luggage Vans.

The train will halt at Nanded, Purna Junction, Parbhani Junction, Selu, Partur, Jalna, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Lasur, Nagarsol, Ankai, Manmad, Ahilyanagar, Daund Chord Line and Hadapsar. Ankai will be a passing halt.

Booking Details

Advance reservation for Train No. 07608 Hadapsar–Nanded Special will open on September 12 through computerised Passenger Reservation System (PRS) counters and the IRCTC website.

The General Second Class and Guard/Luggage Van coaches will be unreserved. Passengers travelling in these coaches will have to obtain tickets through the UTS app or booking counters, with normal Superfast/Mail/Express charges applicable.

Passengers have been advised to check the latest arrival and departure timings at intermediate stations before travelling through the Indian Railways enquiry portal or the official NTES app.
