Pune Traffic Police Introduces New Parking Rules to Ease Baner Congestion

Pune, 28th April 2025: Pune Police’s Traffic Branch has made changes to manage congestion, particularly in the Baner area of Pune. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Amol Zende has announced the following changes:

1) No parking on both sides from Balewadi High Street (BHS) to Park Xpress Housing Society.
2) Park Xpress Housing Society to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) P1-P2 parking zone will follow an odd-even day system.
3) No parking for 800 metres from Amar Arma Genesis to Solitaire Nine Housing Society.
4) No parking for all vehicles along an 800-metre stretch from the CNG Pump in Balewadi to Nandan Spectra Housing Society.

DCP Zende has urged the public to be aware of these changes and cooperate with the Baner Traffic Division by following the rules.
