Pune: Triumphant Tricolor Sport Club Dominates 8th District-Level Kabaddi Tournament
Pune, January 29, 2024: In a dazzling display of skill and determination, Tricolor Sport Club emerged victorious in the 8th district-level kabaddi tournament held in honor of the late Shankarao Dhamale. The tournament, inaugurated by Shiv Sena spokesperson MP Sanjay Raut, witnessed intense competition among participating teams.
Men’s Category Highlights:
Tricolor Sport Club, under the leadership of Sachin Bhau Dodke, showcased their prowess by securing a resounding win against Taljai Mata Pratishthan with a commanding score of 56-18. The first half saw Dodke’s team leading with a substantial 14-point advantage at 24-10.
Prachi Kamble and Sakshi Chorge demonstrated stellar performances, contributing crucial points to Tricolor Sport Club’s triumph. The team’s success was further fueled by the exceptional catches from Riya Dhumal and Vaishnavi Darwadkar. Despite a valiant effort from the opposing team’s Arpita Balakwade, Nupur Deshmukh, and Nisha Sathe, Tricolor Sport Club maintained their dominance.
