Pune: Truck Driver Stabbed to Death in Dudulgaon, Motive Unclear
Dudulgaon, 28th February 2025: A truck driver was found murdered in Dudulgaon, near Alandi in Pune, with stab wounds to his abdomen. The victim, identified as Amusab Saheblal Mulla (32), originally from Karnataka, was discovered unconscious at the foot of a small hill on the road from Bharatmata Chowk to Dudulgaon.
Local residents spotted Mulla’s body and immediately alerted the police. Authorities rushed him to a nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival. The Dighi Police Station has registered a case of murder and launched an investigation into the incident.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone 3) Dr. Shivaji Pawar stated that the motive behind the killing remains unclear. Special teams have been deployed to search for the perpetrators, as the circumstances surrounding the murder are still under investigation.
The victim, who worked as a truck driver, was found close to his residence. Dighi Police are investigating the matter further.
