Pune: Two-Wheeler Damaged In Railway Parcel, Man Shares Ordeal On Twitter

Pune, 27th May 2022: With so much trust in the facility and service provided by Railway transportation, a citizen from Pune shared the problem he faced with Railway transportation. A citizen with the Twitter username @maverick_blufc tweeted his issue with the railway transportation service along with the pictures of the damage.
Through Twitter, he explained that he transported a scooter from Gwalior to Pune. As soon as he reached the Goods Office at Pune Railway station and saw the condition of the vehicle, he was very angry and started to ask for an explanation.
After the incident, the citizen came on Twitter and tweeted about his issue by attaching the proof of damage, number of the train, date of journey, date of receiving, and time of receiving; He tweeted;
“Hello railway, we are so disappointed by the railway transportation service. we have transported our scooty from Gwalior (train no 22194) to Pune and We received scooty in very bad and damaged condition. who’s responsible for that?
@IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia @RailwayNorthern”
Replying to his tweet, Railway Seva replied by saying;
“Kindly share your mobile no. via DM so that we may assist you. You may also raise your concern directly on http://railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in or dial 139 for speedy redressal.”
