Pune: United Sports Club Registers B Big Win At Fourth Edition of PYC Goldfieldd Late Raju Bhalekar Trophy Invitation Under-19 Cricket Tournament
Pune, 17th October 2021: United Sports Club won by an inning and 185 runs against Deccan Gymkhana in their opening match. at the fourth edition of the “PYC-Goldfieldd Late Raju Bhalekar Trophy” Invitation Under-19 3day Cricket Tournament organized by the PYC Hindu Gymkhana and being played on PYC Hindu Gymkhana, Loni Ground.
Om Khatavkar scored a brilliant double Century scoring 208 his 179 runs in 234 balls 5th wicket partnership with Sail Autade(102) helped United put on a big score of 339 runs in 71.4 overs.
Aditya Rajhans ripped through the Deccan Gymkhana batting lineup in the first innings claiming 7 wickets for just 18 runs and folding the Deccan Innings for mere 45 runs thus helping his team to force a follow on. In the second innings, Deccan Gymkhana batsmen faltered again falling for a measly 109 runs Shreeraj Chavan 6 wickets for 45 runs and Nimir Joshi 4 wickets for 46 runs were the wreckers in chief for United who won by an innings and 185 runs.
