Pune University Welcomes Suggestions To Improve Conditions Of Private Colleges

Pune, December 13, 2020: Reviving the situation of private colleges and institutions affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), the university has decided to form a six-member committee to study it and find a solution to the condition of these colleges owing to the Coronavirus(COVID-19) pandemic.

In this regard, six members have been appointed from different institutes wherein Dr Gajanan Ekbote, president, Progressive Education Society, will be the chairman of the committee. Dr Sudhakar Jadhav, Founder, Jadhav institute, Dr SP Lawande, Principal Ravindra Pardeshi, Dr Pramod Gove, Principal Dr Dattatraya Bormane will be a member of the committee.

SPPU has sent circulars to the educational institutions, inviting them for suggestions. The non-subsidized educational institutions are facing various problems due to the outbreak of Corona, which will be studied by the committee.

Educational institutions can send suggestions and all information on [email protected] as well as by post or in person. The university has appealed to send details by December 18.
