Pune: Water Supply Will Be Stopped In Some Parts Of Pimpri Chinchwad On Thursday Evening
Pune, 12th October 2022: Water supply to some parts of Pimpri-Chinchwad city will be shut off on Thursday (13th October) due to repair work at the sewage treatment plant in Ravet, Kivale, Mamurdi, Vikasnagar, District Uro Hospital, Sangvi, Nigdi Authority, Akurdi, Mohannagar, Ramnagar, Sambhajinagar, Shahunagar, Krishnanagar, Indrayaninagar, Panjarpol, Moshi, Borhadewadi, Dudulgaon, Charholi, Wadmukhwadi, Chovisawadi, Jadhavwadi, Kudalwadi, and Phulenagar.
The water supply system in Shivtejnagar, Purnanagar, Sharadnagar, Sudarshannagar, Newale Vasti, Hargude Vasti, Pawar Vasti, Rupinagar, and Chikhali will be shut.
Therefore, there will be a water supply in the morning on Thursday but not in the evening. The municipality has informed that the water supply will continue to be disrupted on Friday (14th October) morning. The municipality has appealed to the city dwellers to store enough water and use water sparingly.
