Pune: Day 4 Of Aarambh League Witnesses Eight Games From Under-11 And Under-13 Age Groups

Pune, 11th October 2022: Day four of the Aarambh league was a mixed bag of Under 11 and Under 13 age groups. Six teams from Under 11 advanced to the next round, while three teams from Under 13 will play in the next round.

Starting with the first match of the day, ABC Hoops played against the New Hoops in the U11 Boys category. New Hoops won the game with a score of seven, while ABC Indoor scored only four points. Divyansh led the winning team with five points, while Shivansh’s four points couldn’t get the job done. The second game from the Under 11 Girls section was played between Neo Storm and Future Warriors, where Future Warriors won the game with a score of four-two. Aaradhya scored all four points for Future Warriors, while Tahirika scored two points for Neo Storm.

Followed by the second game, the third game of Under 13 Boys, played between Warriors and Evara Ballers, was a different story. The Warriors scored 20 points and held the Evara Ballers to five points only. Daksh and Dhruv scored six points each for the warriors, whereas Arjun scored four points for Evara Ballers. The Fourth match was Golden Eagles Vs Evara Shooters from the Under 11 Girls Category. Golden Eagles defeated Evara Shooters with a score of 13-2. Reet and Anisha scored four points each from Golden Eagles, while Avantika managed to get only two points for Evara Shooters.

The fifth match from the Under 11 Girls category was played between two equally strong teams, Evara Hustlers and Runwal Seagulls. Evara Hustlers emerged victorious in a close game. The score was nine-six. Neeti from Evara Hustlers scored all nine points to be the sole scorer of the game, while Saee scored two points for Runwal Seagulls. The Sixth match from the Under 13 Girls Category – G&G Queens played against Alley Oops. G&G Queens dominated the game from the tip-off till the final whistle. G&G Queens scored 12 points, while Alley Oops could only score two points. Yashmi scored eight points for the G&G Queens, whereas Priyanshi managed only two points for the Alley Oops. The Seventh Game was the highlight game of the day. From the Under 11 Girls Category, Basketbees played against Team Beginner. Team Beginner definitely lost the game but won the hearts of the audience in the stadium. Basketbees won the game with a score of seven-four. Prisha scored four points for Basketbees, while Kanika scored two points for the Beginner.

The second last / Eighth game was from the Under 13 Girls category. ABC Indoor played against The Hoopers and emerged victorious. ABC Indoor scored nine points, whereas The Hoopers scored three points. Dea and Anushka each scored four points for ABC Indoor, while Swara could only manage two points for The Hoopers. The last game of the day was played between Titans and Slam Dunk. Slam Dunk had an upper hand in the game from the start. The final score for the game was 22-5 in favour of Slam Dunks. Abhiraj Outscored the opponents by scoring 12 points for Slam Dunks, while Ivan from Titans scored all five points for his team.
