Pune: Wife Booked For Murder Of Husband At Ganga Satellite, Police Investigation On
Wanowrie, 24th November 2023: In a shocking incident at Ganga Satellite, an upscale society in Wanowrie, a wife has been accused of murdering her husband.
Renuka Khanna, aged 36, allegedly killed Nikhil Pushparaj Khanna, also 36, by punching him in the face during a dispute in their residential house between 12:30 and 1:30 in the afternoon.
Following the altercation, Renuka contacted her father-in-law, Dr. Pushparaj Khanna, and informed him of the incident. Upon his arrival, he attempted to administer CPR to Nikhil, who did not respond. Subsequently, the police were informed.
The accused and the deceased had entered into a love marriage six years ago.
Wanowrie police have taken the accused into custody for questioning, and investigations into the incident are ongoing.
