Pune: Wife Killed By Rickshaw Driver For Not Giving Him Food
Bibvewadi, 31st January 2023: The incident of a rickshaw driver brutally beating his wife to death for not giving him food took place in the Indiranagar area of Bibvewadi, Pune.
The deceased woman has been identified as Savita Sandeep Ouachite (32), a resident of Upper Indiranagar, Bibvewadi. In this case, the husband Parashuram Udaddamppa Jogan (38) has been arrested.
Ganesh Dattatray Shinde (33), a resident of Lower Indiranagar, Bibvewadi has filed a complaint in this regard at Bibvewadi Police Station. Accused Jogan is Shinde’s rickshaw driver. Savita Ouachita is the second wife of Jogan.
Jogan had gone home in the middle of the night. At that time he asked for food. When Savita refused to give him food, Jogan started beating her. Savita, who was seriously injured in the beating, died. Jogan, who escaped, was arrested by the police. Police Inspector Anita Hivarkar is investigating.
