Pune: Woman Harassed By Father-Son Duo, Shown Condoms
Pune, 16th September 2022: A case has been registered at the Lonikand Police Station against a man and his father for repeated indecent behaviour with a woman working in a shop by showing her a condom packet.
A 34-year-old woman has filed a complaint in this case. The accused have been identified as Dilip Rikbachand Oswal (59) and Akash Dilip Oswal (29), both residents of Mangaldas Road, Bund Garden, Pune. The incident occurred between April 2022 and July 2022.
The woman is working at an office with Dilip Oswal. While working, the accused, Dilip Oswal, touched the body of the complainant and sexually assaulted her and showed her condoms lying near the office. The other accused, Akash Oswal, sexually assaulted the complainant by showing her a packet of condoms, referring to her caste and saying, “You are here to please us”.
Tired of these recurring incidents, the woman has filed a complaint at Lonikand Police Station. Police have registered a case in this regard, and further investigation is going on.
