Pune, 3rd June 2022: After coming to Wakad for examination with a college friend, a young man had sexual relation with her in a hotel. Meanwhile private photos of her were taken. He started threatening her to send the photo to her husband and raped her from time to time, demanding physical pleasure from her. Afterwards, he sent her private photos to her husband. A case has been registered against the accused and he has been arrested by the police.
The arrested accused is identified as Avinash Pandurang Kargal (26), a resident of Chandor, Tal. Bhum, Dist. Osmanabad. The victim has lodged a complaint at Hinjewadi police station. The incident took place on April 22 at Wakad and Thergaon.
According to the information given by the police, the plaintiff and the accused were known to each other while studying MCA in Aurangabad. They then came to Wakad for the entrance examination. At that time, the accused had sexual relation with the plaintiff in a hotel in Wakad. At that time, he took a private photo of the plaintiff in his mobile.
He then threatened to send the photos to the plaintiff’s husband and demanded physical pleasure from the her. When the plaintiff objected, the accused threatened to viral the nude photos of the two.
The plaintiff was taken to a hotel at Dange Chowk, Thergaon in May 2022 and raped. The accused then forcibly had raped a plaintiff from time to time. The accused then sent the private photos of the plaintiff to her husband. Hinjawadi Police are investigating the case further.
