Pune: Youth Thrashed After Water Splashed While Riding Two-Wheeler
Dhankawadi, 16th August 2022: Due to the rain, the water accumulated in the pit splashed on the body when a two-wheeler passed from a pothole which resulted in a fight. After this, the accused hit the youth on the head and face with a helmet and seriously injured him.
The incident took place on August 11 at around 11.15 pm in the Shankar Maharaj Math area of Dhankawadi.
A case has been registered against Abhishek Umesh Kadam (22), a resident of Chavannagar, Dhankawadi and his accomplices at Sahakarnagar Police Station. Kaustubh Satish Sable (27), a resident of Sambhajinagar, Dhankawadi has filed a complaint in this regard.
On August 11, Kaustubh was passing through the Shankar Maharaj Math area on a two-wheeler. At that time, his bike steps into a big pothole on the road. As a result, water splashed on Abhishek and his companion, who was riding a two-wheeler from the other side.
Angered by this, Abhishek asked Kaustubh to take his two-wheeler aside. Abhishek started abusing kaustubh and hit Kaustubh on the head and face with the helmet in his hand and seriously injured him.
After receiving treatment, Kaustubh rushed to the police station and filed a complaint. Assistant Police Inspector Shende is investigating the matter further.
