Pune ZP CEO Ayush Prasad Recognised As ‘Icon Of Pune’
Pune, 12th November 2020: Round Table India is an organization of non-political and non-sectarian young members. The aim of the members is to promote service, fellowship and goodwill in national and international affairs.
After recently felicitating Prof. S.B. Majumdar,. Atul Chordia and Saurabh Gadgil for their outstanding contributions to set a benchmark globally, today Round Table India Chapter 177 recognized and felicitated Ayush Prasad, CEO – Zilla Parishad Pune. Present at the occasion were Rishu Baweja, Chairman RTI-PSRT-177 along with other members – Kirti Ruhia and Lalit Pittie from Round Table India.
Speaking at the occasion Rishu Baweja, Chairman of RTI-PSRT-177 said, “Round Table India has been working to provide education for the under-privileged children for a long time. Since the realization of this goal, RTI has had many benefactors who have got associated with RTI to make the dream of ‘Education for All’ come true. Realizing our goals of providing ‘Education for All’ we met an individual who has also put his efforts first towards the same goal.”
Ayush Prasad an IAS officer and the current CEO of Pune Zilla Parishad who was also given the additional responsibility as Pune District Collector, has been making strides to improve the education level in the district. Ayush Prasad has already shown his expertise through helping thousands of farmers through his ‘Decodes’ initiative.
Ayush as a research engineer decided to change his profession after he worked with poor rural women in Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
Our icon of the month Ayush Prasad has made innumerable contributions towards improving the current situation of the society and we hope he keeps on doing so in the future.
