Pune’s COEP And DIAT Among India’s Top 100 Engineering Colleges
Pune, 5th June 2023: In a remarkable achievement for the city’s academic institutions, two engineering colleges in Pune have secured a rank among the top 100 engineering colleges in India 2023 as released by the Ministry of Education (MoE), National Institutional Ranking Framework.
Leading the pack is the prestigious Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), which has secured an impressive 57th position with a score of 50.14. DIAT is a renowned engineering training institute under the Department of Defence Research & Development (DRDO), Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India. It is known for its advanced research and development in the field of defence technology and related areas.
Another institution that has made its mark is the College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), securing the 73rd position with a score of 46.89. COEP’s rich heritage and commitment to excellence with accomplished faculty, state-of-the-art infrastructure, and research-driven approach have been instrumental in securing this commendable rank.
