Pune’s Customs Department Seized 56 Kgs Of Marijuana Near Solapur; Three Arrested
Pune, 4th December 2022: A tip was received that large quantities of Ganja (marijuana), are being trafficked from Hyderabad and it will pass through Pune.
According to Sachin Ghagare, Deputy Commissioner (Preventive) Pune, Customs Commissionerate, based on this, on Friday evening (December 2), officers from the custom department reached Solapur. They followed a state transport bus and searched it. From the bus, 56kgs of Ganja was seized under the NDPS Act and three people were arrested.
Further Investigation regarding the same is going on.
