Rain warning in next 3 hours in seven districts including Pune
Pune, February 18, 2021: The regional office of the meteorological department in Mumbai has warned of moderate to torrential rains in the next three hours in seven districts of Maharashtra including Pune.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has informed that heavy rain clouds have formed in the southern part of Pune. Against this backdrop, the department has appealed to the citizens to be vigilant.
The cyclonic conditions from South Konkan to Vidarbha have resulted in moderate to heavy rainfall in most parts of the state.
The department has warned of moderate to heavy rains in the next three to four hours in Pune, Nashik, Dhule, Solapur, Nandurbar, Palghar, Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts.
