Raj Thackeray launches Amit Thackeray, unveils new flag of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena

Mumbai, January 23, 2020: Amit Thackeray, son of MNS chief Raj Thackeray was inducted into the party at the party convention of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) today.
MNS has also launched its party’s new flag. The new flag of the party is saffron in color which calls for the glorious rule of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The new saffron flag has the Rajamudra of Shivaji Maharaj’s seal printed in the centre. Before releasing the party flag, Raj Thackeray remembered his uncle late Balasaheb Thackeray, the founder of Shiv Sena. Today is the 94th birth anniversary of Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray. The MNS was set up in 2006 after Raj Thackeray split from the Shiv Sena.
Officials of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena welcomed Amit Thackeray with a shawl and a sword on the stage. He was greeted by the entire Thackeray family. Amit Thackeray thanked his father Raj Thackeray.
While addressing the gathering, Amit said, “I want to thank Raj Thackeray. He told me yesterday in the late evening that MNS will make a resolution..”
