Founded by Afzal Jamadar—an MBA graduate with a fervent passion for Korean cuisine—this food van aims to acquaint Pune’s residents with the rich tapestry of Korean flavors.
Ramenlicious distinguishes itself by reimagining ordinary instant ramen. The van sources from a range of well-known ramen brands and adds its own authentic touches, such as marinated chicken, juicy prawns, perfectly cooked mushrooms, and an array of fresh vegetables. These additions not only make the dishes more authentic but also elevate instant ramen to a gastronomic delight.
The food van caters to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, offering an inclusive dining experience for all. When Punekar News spoke to Jui Palicha, a fitness instructor and customer, she said, “A friend recommended this place, and it lived up to the hype. The Carbonara was so delicious that I finished the entire bowl. I’ll definitely be coming back.”
Afzal Jamadar, the founder and chef of Ramenlicious, expressed his gratitude for the warm reception his venture has received. “I’ve always wanted to start my own food business, and now I’ve finally taken that leap of faith,” he said. “The response has been overwhelmingly positive since our launch just over a month ago. We’re now also available on Zomato. My dream is to turn Ramenlicious into a full-fledged restaurant where I can see the joy on my customers’ faces every day.”
Ramenlicious is quickly becoming a culinary gem in Pune, offering a diverse menu that ranges from classic to daringly spicy dishes.
