RELO Education Leaders Conference sets a new paradigm for Indian Muslim Community.

Azam Campus (16th Nov 2015) : Tarraqi-I-Foundation and Marwar Muslim Education and Welfare Society had jointly organized an Educations Leaders Workshop supported by the Regional English Language Office (RELO) Office, U.S. Embassy, New Delhi. This residential workshop is being held at the Azam Campus on 16th & 17th Nov 2015.

Welcoming the delegates from across eighteen institutions coming from various states, Mr. Amir Abidi, Executive Director, Tarraqi I Foundation shared about the vision and objectives of the programme. The Chief Guest Mr. Wajahat Habibullah former Chief Information Commisioner (CIC) & Chairman-National Commision of Minorities stressed on holistic education and importance of early years learning. Mr. P.A.Inamdar President of the M.C.E. Society, Azam Campus encouraged the delegates to imbibe technology based learning proactively which can be leveraged creatively to spread education far and wide in engaging and interactive ways. Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad, a renowned Medical Doctor and an Aalim (Islamic Scholar) was the keynote speaker who emphasized on the values and ethics in every aspect of education which is the foundation of humanity. Mr. Mohammad Atique, Secretary (MMEWS) gave the vote of thanks appreciating the delegates who are running institutions and social entrepreneurs who had come from far off cities for the sake of learning.

The workshop aims to enhance the holistic understanding of the Education Leaders about developing and strengthening qualitative education for the underprivileged. There is an eclectic panel of speakers and facilitators including renowned educationists, professionals, scholars and community leaders who are taking sessions on topics ranging from the ‘Education 2020: Trends & Opportunities in Education’, ‘Ethics and Transparency in Building & Managing Organizations/Institutions’, ‘Child Friendly and Experiential Education’, ‘Best Practices in English Language Education: What School Administrators Can Do to Support English Language Learning’ etc. The participants in the workshop are Trustees and Directors of Educational Organizations, Principals & Head teachers of Madarsas and Schools from various cities such as Ahmadabad, Bhopal, Tonk, Mewat, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Pune.
