Renowned Indian Mathematician Mangala Narlikar Passes Away At 80 In Pune
Pune 17th July 2023: Renowned mathematician and educationalist Mangala Narlikar passed away at the age of 80 due to cancer on Monday. Wife of renowned scientist Jayant Narlikar, she was known for her research in pure mathematics
“Dr Mangala Jayant Narlikar, an eminent mathematician and educationalist, aged 80 passed away during the early hours on July 17, 2023. She had been battling with cancer for more than a year. She is survived by her husband, three daughters and five grandchildren” an official message shared by her daughter reads.
