26th December 2023: In a significant development concerning the well-known actress Rhea Chakraborty, the Mumbai High Court has granted her relief by lifting the travel ban. Previously prohibited from going abroad, Rhea can now travel freely without any imposed restrictions. This decision by the court comes in the aftermath of the widely covered suicide case of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, where Rhea has consistently found herself in the media spotlight, undergoing scrutiny from various investigating agencies.

Rhea Chakraborty had recently faced a lookout notice issued by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), restricting her from international travel. In response, she filed a petition in the Mumbai High Court seeking permission to travel abroad. The court, in its ruling, has now lifted the restrictions, allowing Rhea to participate in a brand event in Dubai. This marks a notable legal development in Rhea’s ongoing legal battles and brings her some respite from the recent challenges she has faced.

As per the latest information, the Mumbai High Court has granted Rhea Chakraborty permission to travel abroad during the period from December 27 to January 2. The lifting of the travel ban comes as a relief to Rhea, who had been experiencing concerns and uncertainties due to the CBI’s lookout notice in the preceding days. This decision now enables Rhea to fulfill her professional commitments and travel freely during the specified timeframe.
